The Stakeholders Forum of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Qua’an-Pan Local Government Area of Plateau State, have reaffirmed their loyalties, commitments and supports to the party and it’s leaders at all levels.
The Forum made the declaration during its first meeting after the decamping and acceptance of many prominent members of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP into the APC in the state, held on Wednesday February 11, 2026.
The Forum described the meeting as apt and timely, stressing that the acceptance of former members of the PDP into its folds will strengthen the APC and enjoin members to embrace each others as one united family.
Welcoming the stakeholders to the meeting, the chairman of the APC in Qua’an-Pan LGA, Hon Haruna Jibrin Kangmi, described the meeting as unique and assured of level playing ground for all members of party in line with the APC constitution.
He encouraged members to utilize the fusion for the development and unity of the party and of the people Qua’an-Pan LGA, Plateau State and the country.
The Chairman of Qua’an-Pan Local Government Council, Hon Christopher Wallat, encouraged the meeting to join hands with the leadership of the party and Council to ensure the success of the APC and for the development of Qua’an-Pan LGA in general.
The Council Chairman commended the Stakeholders for their roles and reiterated the call for the sustenance of the existing unity among them towards the development of the Qua’an-Pan LGA, Plateau State and the country at large.
The Deputy Majority Leader and Member representing Qua’an-Pan North in the Plateau State House of Assembly (PLHA), Hon Owen Dagogot tasked members on unity within the party, adding that the party can only succeed in an atmosphere of unity and peace.
The Commissioner of Health Chrisantus Naanlong harped on the need to build united party and called for stronger synergy to actualize the dream to succeed.
Goodwill messages were received from many members of the party.
The Chairman of the Forum, Sir Joseph Ari ksm kss, expressed gratitude to God and thanked the Council Chairman for facilitating the meeting, which described, as apt and timely.
Sir Ari commended the Stakeholders for the large turnout despite the short notice and expressed appreciation to them for assuring the leadership of the party at all levels of resounding support.
