I received with deep sympathy the news of the demise of Late George Pam, a seasoned journalist and former Deputy Director of Press Government House in the office of the late Deputy Governor, His Excellency Da Michael Bot Mang

Late George Pam was a consummate professional whose contributions to journalism and public communication in Plateau State remain remarkable. He served with dedication, integrity, and a deep sense of responsibility, leaving behind a legacy of excellence and commitment to objectivity.

His passing is not only a great loss to his immediate family but also to the media community and the entire state, where his voice, experience, and wise counsel will be greatly missed.

I extend my heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, colleagues, and all who were touched by his life and work.

May the soul of our brother George rest in peace with the Lord, amen.

Senator I. D. Gyang, Esq
